mouse on xenix, 1.44MB drive configuration, how to setup ramdisk

If you mean drive 1 as the first drive (usually known as drive 0) use the
device (for sco xenix) /dev/fd0135ds18 (or rfd0135ds18 is you need a raw
device.)  For the secondary drive, use /dev/fd1135ds18.

For UNIX, I believe the device is /dev/dsk/f0q18dt but I'm not 100% sure.

I haven't tried using a ramdisk, but I know that each time the system is brought
up, you would need to run mknod, and then mkfs, and finaly mount the ramdisk
just as you would any other device.  It seems fairly clear in the manual, but I
have never tried using it myself.
