Looking for termcaps

Am looking for a 'good' termcap listing for a WYSE 60 terminal
with the enhanced keyboard.  Have tried several from SCO and
also one from TRG (ATvanced Office System) and still cannot
seem to get everything to work correctly (e.g.   vi).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Also interested in termcaps for the WYSE 350 color terminal.
