mmdf mail and smail for SCO Unix 3.2

Less Filling (on the disk, that is :) )

I _like_ SCO Unix, but we little guys don't need it.  Sure hope
Xenix keeps plugging along or we get SCO Unix Lite (as alluded
to above) which takes its place.
