A recent net question:

I run two dos partions on two hard disks regularly. My vpix.cnf says:
	C /dev/hd00
	D /dev/hd10
With this setup, you are running the copy of DOS on hd00. This can be
whatever is there now or you can use the DOS SYS command from a more
conventional VP/ix session to copy SCO's version. The only hangup is that
VP/ix actually _boots_ from what it thinks is the C drive. So, before
starting VP/ix you must use Xenix fdisk to make the DOS partition active.
Once the boot is complete, you can switch screens and restore Xenix as the
active partition.

A by-product of this setup is that DOS scripts and program installations
which record or use drive names will still work. For example, WP 5.0 setup
can still find its dictionary.
