label making program

Is there any label making program that can generate 12-24pt. name tags on
2.5"x4" stock forms?  Names can reach about 30 chars per line.  DOS
might be acceptable if it can take a control file as input as opposed to the
waiting on user input.  This is on a 386 Xenix system.
