Xenix and variable rate incoming calls?

  I would like to thank all the people who have
so promptly and accurately answered my questions.
I have one more: how can one set up SCO Xenix to
accept incoming calls at variable baud rates (300-1200-2400)?
I'm using a MNP Practical Peripherals 2400 baud modem.
