How to setup anonymous uucp using HoneyDanbar UUCP?

The Systems file is only consulted when your machine initiates
connections.  The Permissions file is consulted when a remote attempts
connection to your machine.

To permit anonymous uucp connections, create an entry for LOGNAME=OTHER
in your Permissions file.
