How to setup anonymous uucp using HoneyDanbar UUCP?

On SCO Xenix 2.3.x HDB, if you've cron'd uudemon.clean you may also wish
to ensure that it doesn't rm your "anonuucp" spool dir if it's inactive
for a few days.  There are a variety of patches you can apply.
