1/2" tape drives

I'm looking for a 1/2" tape drive to back up our current
Emerald tape drive.  The tape drive should be able to 
handle 10" reels and generate I/O at 800,1600 and 6250
BPI (3200 gets bonus points).

If anyone out there has any suggestions feel free to 
speak up.
