LaTeX on Xenix

There have been a lot of requests for LaTeX under Xenix quite recently.
I have a version, Common TeX 2.1, that runs quite nicely. This is not
directly derived from Knuth's woven (weaved ?) distribution. It is a rewrite
in C. We have it running on all our UNIX boxes (Sys 5.2, Sys 5.3, UMIPS,
SunOS, Xenix 386 (2.2.1, 2.3.2 with 2.2 DS), Ultrix and 4.3BSD). I can't
make this available by anonymous FTP since we (Uni of Sydney) are not linked
yet.

Please email me (glenn at extro.ucc.su.oz) if you would like a copy. We have
also got a modified version which allows the support files (.fmt, .sty & .tfm)
to be in compressed format. This is useful if you are short on disk space.

					Hope someone finds this useful,
								Glenn
