Demand paging 386's

Question: is there a Unix-like OS that supports demand paged virtual memory
in a 386 PC? Does Xenix do this?

Question: does Xenix use the full addressing capability of the 386?
(just in case I want to directly access terabytes of memory -- could be
useful in a D.P.V.M. system...)
