Using speeds above 9600 on a dumb serial port

I am running terminals at 19.2 off an Arnet dumb board with no 
additional software. The OS is SCO 2.2.1. Use the exta and extb(38.4)
entries in the gettydefs file (providing of course that your serial
chip can go that fast).
