We are interested in hearing from people who have had some experience
with either the Pyramid 90/x or Ridge 32 computers. They are both
RISC architecture machines reputed to be much faster than a VAX 11/780
with floating point accelerator and they run UNIX. They are also cheaper.

Specifically, we would like to know about:
  1) general experience
  2) speed
  3) reliability
  4) support from the manufacturer.
  5) does the fortran really work
  6) any problems encountered in set-up or continuous operation
  7) evaluation of periperals you have
  8) number of users on your system and how responsive it is
  9) how would you recommend a system be configured (both what to get
and what not to get; what you wish you had/had not gotten)

Any information along these lines you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
Please reply by mail.
Thanks in advance.
