Thanks for UCB 4.x Defines help

Thanks to every one who responded to my call for help identifying
some berkley defines in a program I was trying to convert to Sys. V.
I followed the suggestions given by removing the code for some defines
and substituting others.  Special thanks to M. Baldwin (whuxl!mike).
As it turns out I am missing some functions so I didn't get it running
yet, but still appreciated all the help.
