/usr/include/termio.h file wanted

I have a program which runs on (I think) the System V operating system.
We are running BSD4.2 UNIX on a Vax. I would like to get this program
running on our system, but it requires a /usr/include/termio.h file,
which we don't have. Could someone please send me a copy of this file,
or tell me what to do to get this program running. I am *not* a hacker,
so please explain slowly and simply. Please reply by mail. Thanks.
