Hardware Diag's for VAX w/UNIX

Does anyone know of, have or know where to get ANY
diagnostic programs written for UNIX for the VAX 11/780?

Something similiar to sysex etc.?

I don't really want to have to slap up VMS everytime
I have to run diagnostics.
