Computer (mini/main) needed

I am in desparate need of suggestions for a computer.  I need a computer that:
	1.  can handle 8 to 10 terminals simultaneously
	2.  has business accounting and billing software available
	3.  is not excessively expensive (hard+soft ware <50K)
	4.  can be quickly learned by someone with no computer ackground
	5.  has several high-level languages available
		a. COBOL
		b. Pascal or C or similar language
		c. opt. FORTRAN, BASIC

UNIX would be nice, but I am not aware of business software available that
will run under UNIX.  If there is, please let me know, as an HP9000 series
HP-UX might do the job (HP has no accounting/billing for the machine).

Please direct responses to me ASAP.

(I have already looked at the HP3000 series - too much $$.
