We've run into the same problem, changing the name of files controlled
by sccs.  There's no clean way to deal with the problem.  What we've
usually done has been to change obsolete s.foo.c to s:foo.c, so that
get won't see it any more, and to fiddle by hand in the relatively
infrequent event that we need to get back the old source.
