Berkely unix (4.2) tty ioctl question

TCSETAW is one thing that I couldn't figure out how to do right
in the BRL UNIX System V emulation for 4.2BSD.  If there is a way
to mimic this on an unmodified 4.2BSD I also would like to hear
about it.
