Unix for PDP-11/23 Wanted

This is for a friend of mine in Seoul National Univ., who is looking for
a Unix system to be run on the PDP-11/23.  They have once tried with
their UNIX V7/m, not to succeed (they guess) because of insufficient
main memory.  The configuration is as follows;

   CPU: PDP-11/23
   Core: 128K byte
   Disk: 2 RL02 drives
