Lex for IBM PC-AT, is it available?

The recent C-kermit distribution (for UNIX systems, primarily) includes
"wart", a public domain lex-like finite state preprocessor.

Since I don't know anything about either of them, I can't speak
to how complete a subset it is.  But it IS free.
