I don't usually posted dated information, but it appears the net isn't aware
of this yet....

It's now official: UNIX(R) is a registered trademark of AT&T.

One can only hope that this'll hush up all the hack lawyer-types who cluttered
this newsgroup with at least 30 articles speculating on howcum UNIX was a
trademark of AT&T, not a *registered* trademark....
