business software for UNIX?

A friend of mine works for a startup, and they are considering
getting a UNIX machine. They are currently using Macs and PC-DOS
machines, and have quickly outgrown them. (no surprise here)

They are looking for software to run under Unix for the following:

	general ledger
	sales order processing
	manufacturing resource planning (MRP)

They are currently using an MRP program called "Proman", which runs
under the "Pick" OS on an IBM-AT, and it is not flexible enough
for their needs, and appears to be intended for a very small
business. They need something significantly better.

any leads?
