Communication Ports

HELP!!! I have recently installed the Unix OS on my ATT 6300 PLUS and I
can't figure out how to use my hayes modem card with uucp or cu. When
running MS-DOS with the modem defined as COM2 everything works fine. The
office menu hardware setup procedure only uses the serial port for a modem.
There doesn't seem to be any way to tell UN*X to use something other than
the serial port.
