BRU backup system

A while ago I posted a request for a better backup system for our Unix
box. Fred Fish, from EST software in Tempe AZ contacted me and told me
of a product of theirs called BRU (backup and restore utility). After
a 30 day free trial period, I decided to make it our permanent backup
system. The price was reasonable, and the service, attention and help
we got were very good. The people from EST were very understanding to
us newcomers to the UNIX world. The program offers many features and
efficiencies not available on any of the built in Unix backup and restore
functions, and it cut our system backup time from 6 hours down to only 2!!!
(Being in charge of weekly backups here, I loved that part the best!)
The program is available for a very large number of systems and configurations.
It is very easily tailored to any configuration.

We at Carroll are very happy with the program and I'd just like
to let people who are sick of cpio, tar, etc that there is an option out
there worth looking into.
