FAX and SCO XENIX

I'm trying to figure out a way to connect my Complete Fax 9600 card to
a 80386 system running SCO XENIX.  Is there a way I could run VP/IX as a
process, and in that DOS environment within XENIX, the FAX programs could run,
and sense interrupts from the FAX card when calls come in?  I'd also
like to be able to send FAXes out from command line invocations on the
XENIX side.  (The CFAX package comes with DOS .EXE commands for sending faxes
immediately, etc.).
 
ANyone have experience with this?
