kill idle process daemon

	Has anyone seen published, a system-wide daemon process that
searches for idle processes and kills them?  I think that some systems may
actually include such a daemon, but which ones, and what is the daemon
called?  Also, for those systems that do not have such a daemon, has one
been published in the public domain?
