Shared Text Swap Bugs - (nf)

The shared text implementation (kernel/sys/text.c) in V7,
SysIII, & SysV has swap bugs.  Has anyone fixed the one where
you have many copies of one program active, enough to cause
each other to swap out, and the system just locks up
at a high interrupt level?
