This is an after-the-fact announcement that ethos was temporarily
down from 3:30 AM 7/12 until around 1:00 AM 7/13 due to
complications of an electrical storm.  There may have been some
unix-pc messages lost during the rebuilding of the system.  I
regret the inconvenience this has caused any of ethos' unix-pc
feeds or mail links.
