How (once the standard comes out) will we do that?  comp.std.c? send
paper-mail somewhere?  Is this going to be done the way Ada was?
[I imagine the practical answer for many people will continue to be
"ask comp.lang.c", but if there's a right way I'd like to do it that way.]
