FAQ typoes (monthly posting :-( )

Question 54 should obviously read

    54.	I've seen different methods used for calling through pointers to
	functions. What's the story?

I had been intending to add this question at a later date, then
typed it in at the last minute when it came up on the net again
(for the second or third time in a month, it seems) late on the
evening of the 30th. Hasty writing, without proper proofreading,
guarantees typoes. (This also explains the rough wording of the
"new argument" for always calling functions with pointers, which
may generate more questions than it answers. Similarly question
46.)

You may also notice an unnumbered question between questions 39
and 40. You may call it question 39 1/2 for now, if you wish.
