Require information about CodeBase++

I am thinking about purchasing Sequiter Software's CodeBase++ C++ class
library for working with dBASE IV files.  I would like opinions from people
who are using CodeBase++, especially if they are using it with Borland C++.

I would also like information about the following:

           -the DLL provided for Microsoft Windows development.
           -CodeScreens 1.0
