The FAQ list is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.  (At first, I assumed it
meant F***ing A**hole Questions.)  The full list is posted at the first of each
month, and an abridged list is posted in the middle of each month.  You can
search for the word "Frequent" to locate these.
 
I have no idea what an FAW is.
