NEC V-36 in a 6300?

I have not heard of a V36. But I've had a V30 in my 6300 for over 2 years
and never had a problem with any software/hardware at all. The V30 changed
my Norton SI (V3.1) from 1.8 with the 8086 to 3.3. (The 6MHz AT was 5.7
with this Norton version). So the V30 is significantly slower than a 286,
but for some operations such as string handling, it is significantly faster
than an 8086. If you buy one, make sure you get the 8MHz part. You can
notice a speed difference with this processor over the 8086.
