memory problems on unix-pc

My current situation with my unix-pc seems to getting worse. The problem is
that run I run diagnostics to check memory and runs the random pattern
tests, these are the results I get.

Address Wrote Read
1CD246 30CB 308B
1CD3B6 5BD6 5B96
1CD6C6 2E7 2A7

Notice a 40 hex difference? I am no hardware person. Can someone tell me
where on the motherboard I should look at? I do know the memory chips are
soldered. Will I have to send this to AT&T and get another motherboard?
I also get a constant NMI error at address AE096. Thanks for the help and
advice!
