PC Interface Configuration Question

I have a PC that I want to run both PC Interface (using a 3Com card) and
a VDA card.  Because of conflicts I need to reconfigure the I/O base
address used by PC Interface.  Changing the hardware settings on the
board is no problem but I am unable to find out how to reconfigure the
PC Interface software (the file led.sys).  Does anyone know how to do this?
