Okidata u82A printer

I have been loaned an Okidata u82A printer which (alas) is without
documentation.  I would like to connect it to my AT&T Unix PC through
the parallel port, but I don't know what dip switch settings I need to
set.  If anyone has documentation for this printer, please email me.
