7300 and 9600 baud modems

If you are using ua (the user agent) instead of having multiple gettys
for different windows your screen updating will be significantly slower
with cu - I remember that cu became a whole lot better to use after
I trashed ua. I still use pcomm 'cause it's a lot more flexible.
