ATT High Res Mono monitor and card?

Information wanted on ATT's 327 monochrome monitor and 1024HP card?
The combination is advertized as capable of 800x480 resolution?
It seems like a cheap substitute for a monochrome VGA system.
What drivers are needed to get this resolution with software such as
Word Perfect 5.0?
