Twisted pair (StarLan) to ThinNet

We did this by purchasing a thin Ethernet transceiver (we like the Cabletron
brand) and plugging it in to one of the 15-pin connectors on the Starlan hub.
Then we just connected all our thin Ethernet machines to the transceiver.
