Change in access to alfred archives(STORE!)

Well it appears that my request for people to keep download sessions to one
hour at a time has fallen on slightly deaf ears  :-)/2...  

So.....  From this moment forward, you may request just as much as you like
but the connection will terminate after 75 minutes.  I can not tell you all
how much I hate to have to do this, but it makes my netnews neighbors VERY
unhappy when they have large batches stack up.  If you must flame me for
this, please do it via email. Just for the record, I have NEVER just killed
people who have attempted to download everything at once. I have taken read
permission off of all files until they were finished. I would love to be
able to afford a system to dedicate as an archive server, but I can't quite
afford that just yet. Maybe someday!!

In case somebody missed it, here is the info on how to reach my system
(If anybody still wants it!!  :-)   )

Please note the delays and such are different for 1200 & 2400 baud. It DOES
make a difference!!
