Exabyte EXB-8200 tape drives

Has anyone tried to install an Exabyte EXB-8200 vcr tape drive on a 
Silicon Graphics 4D/70?  I would like any information that I can get.
i.e. How to configure? Did it work? O.E.M.'s? etc.
