psview for .ps images

[Brent L. Bates AAD/TAB MS361 x42854]

   Under 3.2 psview's image related commands (as well as others) don't
work.  I haven't check 3.3 to see if it has been fixed yet.  I think
part of the problem is that the transformation matrix function doesn't
work.
