Request: animate a collection of 3-D points over time

Does anyone have a program for displaying the motion of particles
over time?  We have two applications which could make use of such
a program: 1) a particle tracer for 3-D hydrodynamics 2) tracing molecules
in a Molecular Dynamics simulation.
