Help! Need boot tape!

Help! I'm in a bit of trouble here. I have an Iris 2400 Turbo at
home. As I'm not a sysop, I didn't know about the sync command until
recently. (Trust me, I know about it now!) Anyhow, after just
shutting off the machine after running the shutdown command, I have
lost several files, one of them being defaultboot. As you can tell,
the machine is now screwed. I though I had created a bootable tape
when I first brought the machine home to guard against just such a
circumstance, but it didn't work and the systems group at work can't
find any other tapes.

So, I'm casting my hopes out here into netland in the hopes that one
of you kind folks also has a 2400 Turbo and is willing to make me a
bootable tape so I can get my machine back up and running. I'll mail
you a tape, with postage to send it back. Could somebody please help?

Many thanks,
        Rene
