Symboltin-v1.03

This fixes a number of bugs in the main driver that can leave zombie
subprocesses after you run the Symboltin.sh demo script.

I also tried to make the demo script clearer.

Please trade in your old version for the new, as the old verion can
leave zombie processes on your machine.

Our gateway is fixed, so if you had problems getting to karron.med.nyu.edu,
they should be cleared by now.
