I am having difficulty setting the date on my machine:

# sysadm datetime

Running subcommand 'datetime' from menu 'syssetup',
SYSTEM SETUP

Current time and time zone is: 11:05 CST
Change the time zone? [y, n, ?, q] n
Current date and time: Mon. 03/19/90 11:05
Change the date and time? [y, n, ?, q] y
Month default 03 (1-12): 03
Day default 19 (1-31): 19
Year default 90 (70-99):91
Hour default 11 (0-23): 11
Minute default 05 (0-59): 06
Date and time will be set to: 03/19/91 11:06. OK? [y, n, q] y
Tue Mar 19 11:06:00 CST 1991
The date and time are now changed.
The cron has been restarted to pick up the new time and/or time zone.
