In Search of f77cvt program...

Does anyone within AT&T have the program f77cvt on a Sun workstation?  The
program takes VAX/VMS fortran source code and "converts" it to
Sun-compatible f77 source code. (I think it resides in /usr/bin...)

I have four fortran programs I am trying to convert, and have used this
f77cvt successfully in the past while at school.  Any information or help
would be greatly appreciated.
