who makes the floppy drive on the 3/80 and 4/60 ?

I want to add a floppy drive to an originally diskless 4/60. Is this a
standard 1.44 MB 3.5" PC AT floppy drive?  If anyone knows the maker and
model number of the internal floppy drive on the 3/80 or 4/60, please let
me know.
