Traceroute and memory for 3/160

I'm trying to bring up traceroute on SUN 3's under SUNOS 4.0 and need a
fixed raw_ip.c or raw_ip.o.  If anyone has a copy, I'd appreciate getting
one.

Also, does anyone have any experience/recommendations about adding 3rd
party memory expansions to SUN-3/160s?

Please respond directly since I don't normally read this list.
